MBS - Core 90 Deck

The MBS Core 90 Deck is a replacement or upgrade deck for the shorter board. It fits standard skate trucks best and is a great strength lightweight deck.

Not so great with matrix trucks or vector trucks as the tip angle is only 20 degrees but superb upgrade for an Atom95 or similar wood decked boards with skate trucks. Compatible with F2 or F3 bindings and has holes ready for kite grab handle.

MBS DESCRIPTION

High level performance at great price. Core decks feature PBT bases for excellent duability and slidability, and PowerLam construction with triaxial fiberglass for a fun and forgiving ride.

PowerLam Composite contruction is a time tested construction technique, combined with current composite technology. Powerlam decks consist of a horizontal laminate core made from several wood veneers. Different types of veeners are strategically placed throughout the deck to yield the optimum performance required for that type of deck. Fiberglass is then added to the lay-up to increase the strength to weight ratio. MBS concentrates fiberglass layers as close to the top and bottom layers as possible as this is where the bending stresses are at the highest. Powerlam decks come predrilled for F-series bindings and MBS grab handles.
